By accessing or using Hubcity Mart, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Hubcity Mart is currently available only to individuals with valid email addresses from the following educational institutions:

• University of Southern Mississippi (@usm.edu)
• William Carey University (@wmcarey.edu)

Users must complete email verification before accessing full platform features. We reserve the right to expand or modify eligibility criteria in the future.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The following items and services may not be listed, requested, or offered on Hubcity Mart:

• Illegal goods, services, or activities of any kind
• Controlled substances, drugs, and related paraphernalia
• Alcohol and tobacco products
• Weapons, explosives, or dangerous materials
• Counterfeit or stolen items
• Items that infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Adult content or services
• Academic dishonesty services (exam taking, essay writing, etc.)
• Fraudulent or misleading listings
• Multi-level marketing schemes or pyramid schemes

We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these prohibitions.

• Hubcity Mart does not process payments or facilitate financial transactions
• All payment arrangements must be made directly between users
• We strongly recommend conducting transactions in safe, public locations
• Users are solely responsible for fulfilling their obligations in any transaction
• Hubcity Mart is not responsible for any losses incurred in transactions between users

• Hubcity Mart does not manage cancellations or refunds.
• Users are responsible for resolving any disputes that arise in transactions.
• We recommend clearly establishing terms before completing any transaction.
• While we strive to ensure only verified users access our platform, we cannot guarantee the reliability of any user or listing.

• You retain ownership of content you post on Hubcity Mart.
• By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.
• You are solely responsible for content you post and interactions you have with other users.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

• We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We implement reasonable security measures designed to protect user data.
• We do not sell user data to third parties.
• We may use anonymized data for improving our service.
• We comply with applicable data protection laws.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUBCITY MART, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (a) YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (b) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (c) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; OR (d) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the Hubcity Mart platform or by email. Your continued use of Hubcity Mart after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Hubcity Mart at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
